Delete it yourself

You can delete your account at any time from the GhostProp app or at app.ghostprop.com:

1. Sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Choose Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

Your login closes straight away, you are signed out on every device and your trading accounts are cancelled.

Two things have to be settled first, so you do not lose money: withdraw any wallet balance, and let any open payout request finish or cancel it. If either is still open, the app tells you what to settle first.

Ask us by email

If you cannot sign in, email infinity@ghostprop.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. You can also use that address to ask us to delete some of your data without closing your account. We reply within 30 days.

What we delete

Within 30 days of your request we delete or anonymise your name, contact details, address, login details, device and usage data, and your support conversations.

What we keep

We keep purchase, payout and identity verification records, and the records we need to prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations, for as long as the law requires. After that they are deleted or anonymised. The Privacy Policy explains how long we keep each kind of information.
