Trading platform and market data
Every GhostProp plan is traded in the GhostProp trading app at app.ghostprop.com. Your evaluation fee covers the platform, market data, risk monitoring and review, so there is no separate platform licence to buy.
The app
Where do I trade?
Log in at app.ghostprop.com with the account you used at checkout. Futures evaluations trade CME Group futures; perps evaluations trade perpetual futures, open 24/7. Every account is simulated: no order you place is sent to an exchange or a live market.

What does market data cost?
Nothing extra for most traders: the fee covers market data. Some exchanges, including CME Group, require you to accept their subscriber terms and to declare whether you are a professional or non-professional user. Answer truthfully; professional users may be charged additional fees or refused. Market data is for your own use inside the app and may be delayed or interrupted.
How do I start?
- Pick a plan on the plans page and check out.
- Log in to the app and confirm the plan, the balance and your drawdown floor before your first trade.
- Trade within the trading rules. Futures positions must be flat by 16:50 ET.

Platform questions
Are platform and data fees part of the evaluation fee?
Yes. The fee pays for access to the simulated evaluation service: the trading platform, market data, risk monitoring and review. The only exception is that CME professional users may be charged extra.
Are trades sent to a live market?
No. Accounts are simulated and use live or delayed market data. No order is sent to an exchange, and simulated fills may differ from what a live market would have done.
Can I use bots or automation?
Only through the trading features the app provides. Using bots or automation to access the service any other way is not allowed under the Terms of Use.
Can I copy trades between my accounts?
Yes, across up to 5 of your own accounts at a time, in the same direction on each. Hedging across accounts is prohibited.
What if the app shows a number I don't expect?
Email support@ghostprop.com with your account ID, the time involved and a screenshot. Market data may be delayed, interrupted or inaccurate, and the Terms of Use explain how that is handled.
